Our team consists of specialists, each with her own expertise within natural beauty. From lashes, piercings and permanent make-up to make-up artistry, spray tanning and skin treatments. Always with attention, craftsmanship and an eye for detail.
In addition to treatments, we offer make-up workshops where you learn how to apply your own features in a natural and enhancing way. Personal, practical and tailored to you.
Flavour Visagie was founded by Fleur Bakker, a make-up artist with years of experience and a strong sense of what suits each individual. Together with her team, she has created a space where you feel seen, comfortable and where your natural beauty takes centre stage.
For us, beauty is not about perfection, but about balance, refinement and a result that truly feels right.
About Fleur Bakker
Fleur’s love for beauty didn’t begin with a clear plan, but with a feeling. As a young girl, she was fascinated by magazines, fashion imagery, and a strong sense of presence. Think of icons like Linda Evangelista, Karen Mulder, and Naomi Campbell, powerful women with a distinct identity and undeniable presence.
She created collages, found inspiration in luxurious imagery, and could completely lose herself in a photograph that just “felt right,” without fully understanding why. That feeling, when everything aligns in expression, balance, and detail has always stayed with her.
Her path toward it wasn’t linear. Through fashion school, studies in marketing and advertising, hospitality, sports, and even hairdressing, everything eventually came together when she discovered makeup artistry. That’s when everything fell into place.
With her training at the School of Mieke Petiet and her advanced education at Gruppo Select, she refined her technique and developed her own signature: natural beauty that enhances without overpowering.
In 2005, Fleur founded Fleur Flavour Visagie in Rotterdam. Together with her team of specialists, she has created a space where attention, craftsmanship, and personal connection are at the heart of everything.
For Fleur, it’s not about perfection, but about that moment when everything aligns — when someone recognizes themselves, just a little fresher, softer, and more confident.
