FLAVOUR VISAGIE’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 

Article 1 Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all commissions between you as a customer and Flavour Visagie as a company. The terms and conditions of third parties are ruled out. These terms and conditions also apply to all agreements where it is necessary to involve third parties for the execution. Should any provision in these terms and conditions be annulled or destroyed, the other provisions in these terms and conditions will remain fully applicable.

Article 1 Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all commissions between you as a customer and Flavour Visagie as a company. The terms and conditions of third parties are ruled out. These terms and conditions also apply to all agreements where it is necessary to involve third parties for the execution. Should any provision in these terms and conditions be annulled or destroyed, the other provisions in these terms and conditions will remain fully applicable.

Article 2 Agreement

  1. These terms and conditions apply to every concluded agreement between Flavour Visagie and the customer.
  2. The content of these terms and conditions will be available for the customer before the agreement will be concluded. If this is reasonably impossible, Flavour Visagie will indicate how you could view Flavour Visagie’s terms and conditions and will, on customer’s request, send the terms and conditions as swiftly as possible before the agreement will be concluded.
  3. The agreement for the treatment will be concluded after the customer has asked for the treatment via phone call, text, or email and Flavour Visagie has agreed to perform said treatment.
  4. Flavour Visagie will inform the customer before the treatment about the costs of the treatment. In case of a series of treatments, Flavour Visagie will also inform the customer about the costs before the treatments and will not increase the price in between.
  5. Customer is allowed to cancel the appointment 24 hours before the said appointment. After that Flavour Visagie will charge 100% of the agreed treatment, to make up for the lost revenue.
  6. Bought items can be exchanged within 8 days.

 

Article 3 Obligations of Flavour Visagie

  1. Flavour Visagie vouches for her work activities to meet the agreement. She vouches for proper execution and careful workmanship. She also vouches for the usage of proper materials and products.
  2. Flavour Visagie will inform the customer about the nature and extent of the treatment, the expected results, and possible risks attached to said treatment. Flavour Visagie asks customers for information relevant to the proper execution of the treatment. Using customer’s information will help Flavour Visagie to estimate what possible risks the treatment could bring.

 

Article 4 Obligations of the customer

  1. Customer will inform Flavour Visagie about specific desires, allergies, and needs before concluding the agreement.
  2. Customer will provide all asked and necessary information that Flavour Visagie requires for the proper execution of the agreement.
  3. Customer is obligated to pay the agreed price within the agreed period.

 

Article 5 payment

  1. The payment will take place after the treatment or at the moment of a sale through a pin payment or any other by banks recognised electronic payment or cash.
  2. With an agreement for a workshop Flavour Visagie could ask customers for a prepayment of 40% of the agreed price. The remaining amount can be paid after the workshop through a cash payment or a pin payment.

 

Article 6 Liability

  1. It is possible for Flavour Visagie to make a mistake or to fall short regarding her obligations ensuing the agreement. Flavour Visagie has a liability towards the customer for damage done as a result of a mistake or shortcoming, attributable to Flavour Visagie or the person working on behalf of Flavour Visagie. This liability is limited to the amount the liability insurer will payout.
  2. The customer has a liability towards Flavour Visagie for damage caused by the customer.
    Article 7 complaints
  3. It is best for the consumer to report complaints in writing (including e-mail) as soon as possible to Flavour Visagie. As soon as possible means directly after discovering the complaint or after it could have been discovered. If the customer waits too long with their complaint, Flavour Visagie will not investigate the complaint and will not be able to cater to the customer.
  4. Flavour Visagie is committed to investigating complaints as well as possible and to informing the customer within a reasonable term about the results of this investigation.

 

Article 8 Changes in the terms and conditions

Flavour Visagie has the right to change the terms and conditions intermediately. Flavour Visagie will inform customers right away of said changes by posting it on the website of Flavour Visagie and by sending the new terms and conditions.

 

Article 9 Dutch law

  1. There is a dispute in case of a disagreement between Flavour Visagie and the customer regarding a complaint. Disputes between customer and company can be brought to court by both customer and Flavour Visagie.
  2. The Dutch law, in particular consumer law, applies to the agreement between company and customer.
